Absolutely. Just email within 7 days of receiving mug, along with image of its condition for a replacement.
2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO ARRIVE?
Typically 7 days, but no longer than 14.
3. CAN I PICK UP MY MUG INSTEAD?
No. All mugs are produced and shipped out of state, so that option currently isn't available.
4. ARE THE MUGS DISHWASHER SAFE?
Hell no. Avoid the dishwasher and hand wash instead. They ARE microwave-safe though.
5. ARE ALL SALES FINAL?
